Our services are available 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm Regular rate
Outside business hours and Holidays Overtime rate
Regions Rate
Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm Regular rate
Outside business hours and Holidays Overtime rate

 

During the peak period, from September 15th to April 15th, Gaz Métro Plus prioritizes emergency calls, such as heating or hot water failures. Availability for a maintenance request of your natural gas equipment may therefore be limited.
