Our services are available 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Greater Montreal (september 16th to april 14th) Rate
Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm Regular rate
Saturday from 8am to 4:30pm Regular rate
Outside business hours and Holidays Double rate
Greater Montreal (April 15th to September 15th) Rate
Monday to Friday from 7am to 8pm Regular rate
Outside business hours and Holidays Double rate
Regions Rate
Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm Regular rate

During the peak period, from the first Monday of October to the first Monday of April, Gaz Métro Plus prioritizes emergency calls, such as heating or hot water failures. Availability for a maintenance request of your natural gas equipment may therefore be limited.
