Servitech Énergie is the industry leader in industrial, institutional and commercial combustion owing to its complete line of services: rental, installation, repair and upgrading of heating and air conditioning system techniques in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec and the Maritime province).

The appointee to this position will answer to the Sales and Marketing Director. As such, the representative shall be entrusted with making representations as regards various corporate services and products, mainly targeting industrial and institutional clients.

Responsabilities:

  • Assessing and making the most of existing and future client potentials. Evaluating the quality of sales opportunities;
  • Representing the company and actively soliciting sales among all potential clients, all in all seeking maximum penetration of the assigned territory;
  • Answering client requests for information and preparing tenders;
  • Drafting technical documents explaining products;
  • Ensuring attentive follow-up of all existing and potential clients and likewise for after-sales servicing;
  • Implement client fidelity measures;
  •  Participate in crafting marketing strategies, plans and tools;
  • Define client-approach techniques to be used within the organization;
  • Pass on to sales-team colleagues all relevant information dealing with sales methods, techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Have a collegiate or vocational/trade school diploma in a field relating to the position;
  • Have a vocational/trade school diploma in plumbing and heating or a college diploma in building mechanicals
  • Have at least three years of experience in sales;
  • Have sales experience in a technical field related to heating products; in addition having made representations to engineering consultant firms is considered to be an asset;
  • Knowledge of heating product application techniques is also an asset;
  • Have the capacity to develop long-standing and solid business relations;
  • Have a powerful orientation towards customer service and demonstrate a persuasive talent for customer retention;
  • Favour teamwork and be skilled in maintaining interpersonal relationships;
  • Being adaptable to and comfortable with different computer systems;
  • Bilingualism (French and English: spoken, written and read);
  • Be available to travel to and around the territory assigned for meeting with clients;
  • Perform work away from the office.
